This learning experience has been designed to guide you through key concepts, practical applications, and critical perspectives in a structured and engaging way. Throughout the course, you will explore relevant content such as resilience; the differentiation between personal and professional resilience and coping mechanisms; the key components of resilience and their interconnectedness; well-being and its relation to resilience; and practical tips on how to bounce back from stressful situations in the workplace, participate in interactive activities, and develop skills that can be applied in real-world contexts.
